Originally from upstate New York, Tim joined the United States Air Force directly out of High School in 1984 and eventually took a management position with a regional furniture chain in 1986. Over the next decade he went on to develop and incorporate administrative, operational and expansion procedures as the company grew from 14 stores in the Northeast to over 200 locations nationwide. In 1995 Tim became the Vice President for West Coast Sales, which included overseeing operations of distribution and retail store sales for a multi-state region with over 100 employees, a position he held for the next 20 years. During that time, Tim developed, negotiated and managed company commercial and retail leased properties on a national basis as well as privately acquired, managed and held several successful residential rental and investment properties. After 30 years with the company, Tim retired in 2015 to apply his experience, expertise and passion for sales and investing in the real estate business, as well as to focus on helping clients who are buying and selling to achieve their own real estate goals.
